Chief Engineer

Seeking a seasoned Engineer with experience in the Fishing industry or merchant fleet to lead a team as Chief Engineer.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the safe and efficient operation of fishing vessels.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
