Seeking experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee hotel facilities and equipment, with a focus on inventory management, supplier negotiations, and budget control.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain facilities and equipment on the property
• Manage inventory and negotiate with suppliers
• Develop and implement recycling programs
• Establish and maintain emergency protocols
• Oversee budget management and SLA compliance


Requirements:
• Formal qualification in Maintenance | Facilities or similar discipline
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager in a hotel environment
