Ensure safety, security, conservation, and compliance at high levels.Key Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations.Communicate with Housekeeping for maintenance coordination.Develop safety and maintenance systems for Guests and Team Members.Communicate with Government agencies for regulatory compliance.Prepare Engineering budgets.Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment.Maintain hotel fixtures for safety.Develop emergency programs and energy conservation initiatives.Perform special projects as assigned.Requirements:Advanced building management/engineering knowledge.Degree in Engineering or similar.Budgeting and basic accounting experience.Positive attitude, strong communication, and customer service commitment.Strong leadership, team management, and grooming standards.Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
