Crafting and executing the company's commercial strategy - this is where your vision comes to life.Driving a sales strategy that inspires your team and delivers impressive results.Overseeing a marketing strategy that puts the brand on everyone's radar.Leading the remarketing efforts for off-lease and refurbished equipment - keeping things sustainable and profitable.Guiding and empowering a strong team, with a focus on people management, mentoring, and self-development.Who You Are:
You've got a Commercial Degree (or equivalent) and 10-15 years of experience in Financial Services or Equipment Finance under your belt.You know how to lead with passion, but also have the strategic chops to deliver results.You're all about teamwork, and your leadership style brings out the best in others.Your ability to juggle multiple priorities (ad-hoc projects included!)
