Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and professional chemical production technologist with great analytical and communication skills. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Assist in production of aroma chemicals, Preparation of materials for use, Blending and mixing of chemicals and products per specification, Operating laboratory/processing equipment, Cleaning process equipment and production area, Log process data on sheets and input digitally, Work according to FSSC and GMP, Problem solving, Assist with analytical work related to production and new products: Gas chromatography, Wet chemistry: SG, RI, titrations , Instrument calibration and maintenance, Analytical standards use and preparation, Data processing

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum requirement: B.Sc/B.Sc(Hons) (Chemistry)

Key Personal Characteristics:

– Follow procedure(s) as described and demonstrated.

– Proactive, solution-oriented, independent, and team-centric.

– Handle chemicals according to procedures.

– Capable of practical/physical work.

– Competence with Microsoft Word & Excel

– Understand the importance of traceability.

– Work systematically & safely.

– Attention to detail.

– Non-smoker

– Willing and able to work with pungent aroma molecules.
