Requirements:
• 3-4 years of experience in a 4/5-star environment (Essential)
• Proven track record with a food portfolio
• Strong knowledge of both the Pastry and Hot sections (Essential)
• Food hygiene or professional cooking qualifications (Beneficial)
• Knowledge of dietary and religious requirements
• Good understanding of stock procedures and control
• Passionate about food and self-growth
• Team player, flexible, hardworking, and self-motivated
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills

Responsibilities:
• Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with daily food preparations
• Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards
• Focus on efficient work to complete tasks within time and standards set
• Assist with stock control and month-end procedures
Package on Offer:
• R7000-R8000 per month (Depending on Experience)
• Live-in position with meals included
