What We're Looking For: Harbour House Hotel in the beautiful location of Hermanus has a position for a Chef De Partie to join their team of extraordinary kitchen team. What Is Required: As a Chef De Partie, you will be a vital to assisting in the preparation, production and presentation of food as set out by the company's standards. You will ensure that dedicated tasks are executed timeously and to the best of your abilities and assisting with daily tasks associated with running a kitchen.
