Job Description:
As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations, working alongside a team of skilled professionals. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and standardized recipes, ensuring consistency and high-quality presentation.
Station Management: Take charge of a specific section in the kitchen (e.g., sauces, grill, pastry) and oversee the production, ensuring timely and efficient service.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation. Conduct regular checks on ingredients and food supplies to ensure freshness.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to develop new dishes, contribute to menu planning, and ensure seamless kitchen operations.

Requirements:
