We are looking for candidates with solid culinary skills, passion for international fine dining cuisine, precision and attention to detail.REQUIREMENTS:At least 3 years' work experience within a fine dining Top 10 restaurant or 5* Hotel Restaurant environmentCheffing qualifications and training in Hot and Cold production and plating from top establishmentsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English - All chefs engage directly with guests and explain the dishes served to guestsExceptional knowledge of food preparation and food service of various cuisine stylesWilling to work long and demanding industry hoursOrganised and neat working styleGood personal hygiene and excellent presentation & presencePERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:Good and clear communicator in ENGLISH is essentialA focused team playerDelivers top standards of cuisine and excellent attention to detailReliable and dependableHard-working and committedDisplays a sense of urgency in all areas of workAbility to work unsupervised and show initiative and creativity in managing othersStrong personality traits, confident leadership skillsWillingness/ability to share information, train others and still learn from othersWillingness to take criticism and be even-tempered during stressful work conditionsSupport a culture of respect within the team, toward chefs, other staff members and motivate othersShow an ongoing passion for food service by providing guests a truly exceptional dining experience
