Chef De Partie Baker Cruise Ship Key responsibilities include: Preparing and baking a variety of breads pastries and desserts for our guests Ensuring that all baked goods are of high quality and meet company standards Maintaining a clean and organized work area Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed Training and supervising junior bakers and kitchen staff Collaborating with other chefs and kitchen staff to create new menu items Adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef De Partie Baker in a highvolume kitchen Culinary degree or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients Ability to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment Excellent time management and organizational skills Attention to detail and a passion for creating highquality baked goods Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with others In addition to a competitive salary we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical dental and vision insurance as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
