Chb Pricing Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CHB Pricing Analyst to join our team at A.P. Maersk SA in Cape Town.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing pricing support, improving analysis on the performance, and managing products and customers more effectively. This role is critical in developing and driving the establishment of a competitive network for our CHB product offering.
Main Responsibilities:Optimize our CHB approach, defining proper break points and conversion targets per trade lane to ensure high compliance standards to our customers.Strengthen engagement with the global network and drive value through local business wins.Contribute and populate product development information to the budget process and actively engage to establish, communicate, and manage pricing guidelines for sales.Lead collaboration between Product Development, Operations, Sales, and Customer Experience Management.Consistently communicate with sales and current/prospective customer base to understand their needs and position our value offering accordingly.Organize the implementation of new processes and policies for the CHB product to improve efficiency and enhance customer experience.Monitor and improve team performance with data support and provide more visibility.Guide and support the team to achieve their deliverables.Key Requirements:Minimum of 2 years' experience with data analysis.Bachelor degree in Business or Supply Chain management. (MBA or equivalent is an Advantage)Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.Self-starter with innovation.Advanced interpersonal communication skills.Demonstrated experience in solution design & product portfolio creation.Ability to identify customer pain points using qualitative and quantitative data.Make Sure to Apply before the 19th of November 2024.
