Chartered Accountant

Our client is looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant, SAICA registered in Harrismith, Freestate.The Accountant will be responsible for both general and financial accounting; managing the organisation's financial records and transactions; ensuring accurate financial reporting; tracking expenses; analysing financial data; providing insights to aid business decision-making, and ensuring the organisation's compliance with all financial regulations while preparing and examining various financial documents.
Additionally, the accountant will be tasked with reconciling accounts, identifying discrepancies, and supporting financial audits. Lastly, the accountant will perform general accounts receivable, accounts payable and administrative tasks. Duties & Responsibilities : Ledger Accounts and Recons; Recording financial transactions;Reconciling accounts and statements;Preparing financial statements;Generating financial reports;Budgeting and forecasting;Analysing financial data;Providing tax documentation;Performing accounts payable tasks;Performing accounts receivable tasks;Ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory regulations
