This role will jointly lead and be accountable for the success of key channel transformation opportunities within the organization. The successful candidate will help transform the channel sales/marketing process and Go-To-Market through key projects. This role will have high visibility with senior management and requires mature leadership skills as well as strong change management skills. This candidate would need to demonstrate project leadership with a focus on strategy, planning, project management, results and execution accountability. There is a high level of collaboration required with many team members across Anglophone Africa to deploy channel transformation initiatives. A trusted advisor capable of building a solid partner relationship with the ability to converse at senior leadership/CEO level Includes the construction of a solid business value proposition, advice on how to grow the business with new offers, new markets, new promotions and usage of market development funds (MDF). Oversee the deployment of the commercial policy and pricing proposition relevant to channel transformation. Collaborate and lead digital transformation efforts (Launch and rollout and E3 platform) in South Africa Core Responsibility: Support Channel Marketing Leader on deploying the Retail / Distribution Strategy for South Africa market and execute defined initiatives, including but not limit to go-to-market strategy, strategy for electrician customer segment, strategy for product offers and new product launches. Responsible to lead all channel marketing initiatives targeting the Distribution ChannelLead the channel transformation program related to the distribution channel Responsible to develop channel marketing initiatives and programs to execute the Annual Sales and MarketingPlan, then coordinate the Execution team to deploy those initiatives, programs.Develop strong interpersonal relationships with top partners in the distribution channelManagement of market development funds (MDF) for the channel and development of joint plans with key partners. Drive transformation of partner outlets to improve visibility of Scheider Electric.
