The Role
We are seeking an experienced Channel Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing our distribution channels to drive sales and growth. The role requires a thorough understanding the use of PKI in the electronic signing market and effectively communicating this to partners to enable sales channels.
Skills and Experience
What you'll do:
Working with channel and alliance partners to understand market, build pipeline and drive sales.
Manage leads and understand customer requirements - mapped to products and services.
On-board new partners and conduct enablement sessions to ensure partners are ready-to-sell.
Visit potential customers with new partners to conduct demos, answer detailed product questions until partners are self-sufficient.
Prioritize new product and service requirements, changes, enhancements from customers and partners.
Develop go-to-market strategies, unique value propositions and execute.
Develop competitive intelligence, pricing strategies and collateral.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts.
Monitor sales performance metrics.
Marketing and product positioning.
Your expertise:
Function related experience:
Minimum of five years experience in overseeing channel partnerships, efficient presentation skills
Attention to detail
Knowledge of using different software
