Details of the offer

12 Month contract role with top tier financial services company requires the skills of an experienced Change Management Consultant for an Electronic Quoting Change Management Project. The responsibilities of the change management officer will include but not be limited to the following: Coordination of in person and or online training sessions for the various impacted business functions including the various teams involved i.e. Management Team, Merchants Department, Impacted Call Centre Agents. Merchant Socialisation: Socialisation sessions with merchants to inform and educate them around the changes in process with the implementation of the electronic quoting system. Understand and document issues and challenges faced by internal staff in transitioning to the new process as well as issues and challenges faced by the merchants. Feedback around user experience to the PMO office which will feed into the measure of success for the pilot. Contact me at the detail listed below.
