JOB DESCRIPTION: A leading company in the stationery industry is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Chain Store Coordinator to manage relationships with key retail partners.
The candidate should be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will report to the National Sales Manager.

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Responsible for sales to retail chain store accounts.Selection, and achievement of listing products, range, and pricing.The above arrangements are to be discussed with the Managing Director and National Sales Manager.Review outstanding payments for assigned customers.Responsible for checking the rebate deductions made by the assigned customers and getting authorization from the managing Director on the rebates.Responsible for the appointments of Sales agents.Procurement of Retail Chains for Pentel S.A.Maintain and grow Chain Stores.Introduce and control promotion and activities on these accounts.Once a year range change negotiation.Calling on chain stores to ensure correct merchandising.Control merchandising agents.Training of merchandising agentsManaging of Sales Distributor (BSC) QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in retail, supply chain management, or coordination roles (preferably in the stationery or FMCG industry)Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.
