Responsibilities:
Prepare insightful financial reports and presentations, highlighting key cost analysis findings.
Collaborate in the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring precision and alignment with financial objectives.
Conduct thorough variance analysis to explain deviations from budgeted costs, ensuring financial transparency.
Monitor and analyze inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained for seamless operations.
Develop and maintain intricate cost allocation models, ensuring accurate costing of our diverse range of products and services.
Provide valuable support in preparing compelling business cases for investment decisions, contributing to the growth of our organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in cost accounting or a related role, demonstrating a strong understanding of cost accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans, both written and spoken.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and SAGE software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a meticulous attention to detail.
