Job Description:

Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with organisational goals and objectives
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
Improved strategy implementation and increased certain revenue streams
Assess and manage financial risks, ensuring the company's financial health and stability
Manage capital structure, including debt and equity financing, to support business growth and expansion
Evaluate investment opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions
Compiled new improved financial dashboards and financial reporting structures for the group organisation
Optimize working capital and cash flow management to maximise liquidity
Maintains and directs the daily operations of the business, including coordinating with Financial, Admin- and IT, Human Resources and Power BI team
Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
Provide leadership and direction to Financial, Admin- and IT, Human Resources and Power BI team teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement;

Qualifications:

Bachelors of Accounting Degree
Completed CIMA/SAICA articles and registered as a CA
8-10 years experience in fresh produce / agri industry;
Strong cashflow background;
Operations background;
Team Management;
Experience in similar position.
Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
