This key leadership role involves driving financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and providing vital support to the CEO and Board. If youre a CA(SA) with a passion for managing complex operations and delivering impactful financial insights, this opportunity is for you!Other duties include:Leading and mentoring the finance team to achieve excellence.Overseeing all financial functions, including budgets, forecasts, reporting, and compliance.Managing working capital, foreign exchange transactions, and inventory.Enhancing financial systems, controls, and processes to maintain a sound control environment.Building relationships with key stakeholders, including shareholders, auditors, and regulatory authorities.Providing strategic guidance to the Board and CEO.Education:Qualified CA(SA)Job Experience & Skills required:Minimum of 3 years in a senior financial role, preferably within manufacturing, engineering, or output-based industries.Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems.Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.BBBEE knowledge and experience in inventory management are advantageous.
