About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll bring your dedication to care and strong work ethic to provide exceptional in-field support to our patients.
This role is to support St. George and the surrounding territory.
Responsibilities include:
Delivering exemplary nursing care according to individualized care plans.
Assisting patients with daily activities under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist.
This role requires regular travel to visit patients in their homes.

Requirements
Current CNA and CPR certification.
Valid driver's license, active auto insurance (meeting state minimum requirements), and a reliable vehicle.
