Introduction The responsibilities required in the day-to-day task of scheduling and project managing relating to the activities of planning and project managing for Certification South Africa.
Minimum Requirements A completed high school education BCOM or relevant degree/tertiary qualification advantageous Computer literate in MS Office Experience in similar role of scheduling of audits in line with UKAS requirements.
A minimum of 4 years' administration experience or in similar role Good verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft 365 Proficiency in both Written and spoken English and excellent Very good Communication and Listening skills Experience of working internationally and/or in a multi-cultural environment Job Specification Duties and Responsibilities Utillization of full-time auditors, using coded auditors and corrected mandays as per BMS Guidelines.
Scheduling of all audits Scheduling on Siebel and updates Client Request (Email,phone,etc) must be addressed Updating of Pre-Planner and auditor diary of planned or intended audits Travel bookings International and Local (inclusive of Visa applications) To assist the technical in qualification process of new auditors/trainers by arranging necessary observer ship, peer reviews etc.
Follow up with sales team on recertification and scheduling such audit at least 3 months before certificate expires.
