Job Purpose Take your next step with BPP Group. BPP Group is looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join the Customer Experience Team as a Centre Support Officer.
As a Centre Support Officer, you'll assist with centre activity including student inductions and events for both staff and students. From the moment our students and staff step into our study centres, you'll be there to help make sure they have a good experience on our sites.
This role is a great fit for a warm and outgoing individual, who enjoys meeting new people. As you have responsibility over the centre, you'll play a hand in planning and organising events, as well as working with your colleagues to help the events run smoothly.

- Providing an excellent front of house experience for all students, staff and visitors
- Assisting the enrolment process including helping students to send in the correct documents
- Actively support students in any conversation/correspondence to promote international student well-being
- Responding to students queries via case management system (Salesforce)
- Assist Centre Support Managers with organising and setting up events for the entire student and staff population
- Work with the Students Association and other departments to deliver engaging student events
