Qualifications:
A Grade 12 qualification
Retail cellular experience (essential)
Skills:
Knowledge of a variety of mobile products
Ability to work flexible hours in the ever-changing retail environment
A customer-centric attitude and approach
A passion for excellent customer service and sales environment
Be computer literate
Preference to work with admin
The ability to communicate and persuade effectively at all levels
Ability to show initiative and be resourceful
