Cellar Machine Operator

Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to: Operates, attends, starts, and stops power-driven machines particular to the industry (e.g., Pumps, Filters). Scrutinizes or checks the work done by the machine. Pump and pipeline preparations. Ensures quality standards are adhered to (quality checks). Performs physical sampling from trucks. Performs physical tank readings and sampling. Attends and participates in MDT (mission direct teams) & Workplace Improvement. The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills: Technical Grade 12 or equivalent. Technical orientation. 1 – 2 years relevant experience in Cellars environment. NQF Level 3 Packaging Diploma is an advantage. Must be able to work with little supervision. Physically healthy and strong. Ability to work under pressure. Willingness to work overtime and on Saturdays as required.
