Join us at Kinross – Destination Wine.The PersonYou will:Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or operationsBe happy to work in a Mac environmentBe willing to go above and beyond to deliver a world-class guest experienceBe flexible to support the sales team and streamline processes to enable salesHave an eye for detail and accuracy with the ability to work methodically and logicallyHave excellent time management, be organized, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlinesBe confident working with software such as Excel, Shopify, Xero, and RezdyDemonstrate a high level of initiative and responsibility to get 'sales' tasks doneHave superior problem-solving skillsBe well presented and well spoken with fluent English, spoken and writtenDemonstrate values that align with oursBe interested in wine and able to hold a conversation about wine and foodSome experience and qualifications in tourism, hotel, wine, or hospitality would be a distinct advantageThe RoleYou will be responsible for:Daily and weekly planning of all Wine Tasting reservationsCommunication and customer service with agents, wine club members, tour companies, events, and FITsWelcoming guests in the Cellar Door and creating a world-class guest experienceLiaising with our Hotel and Bistro teams to plan and host events and across-department experiencesEnsuring the Cellar Door is always presented beautifully for all guestsDaily open and close proceduresAdministration and management reportingThe CompanyKinross is a fun place to work and you will have heaps of variety, be challenged, and expand your skills.
