Manage and improve the assigned production facility to meet all the Power Cable requirements. Manage and improve the utilization of section resources to optimum efficiency levels and customer delight through the achievement of generated production plans, Control and manage stock within the division on monthly basis. Schedule production with regard to machine availability, reliability and capacity as per customer specifications. Review and align daily plan performance according to the production plan. Solving day-to-day production problems efficiently. Be involved in training unexperienced operators. Achieve daily output and targets.
