You must be able to work independently, take responsibility for your own tasks, and interact with both project and client resources in executing these tasks. We seek individuals who can take a lead role in a technical area of a project and have a strong background in D365 CE.Project Related WorkParticipate in requirements gathering and solution workshops, managing requirements and agreeing on solution designs with key stakeholders. Collection & analysis of client requirements and business processes, documentation, mapping the requirements, and proposing suitable changes in line with the product.Provide solution overview guidelines to business users explaining functionality across various apps and processes within the solution.Understand the gaps and impact of the 'as-is' to the 'to-be' solution.Create documentation, including Technical Design, Technical Design Document (TDD), configuration documentation, etc.Continually liaise with key stakeholders on the most appropriate design, development, and implementation of the integrated solution and business system changes, ensuring high-quality documentation of GAP resolution.Deliver key project tasks, support/facilitate decision-making, and manage dependencies across workstreams.Participate in project-related activities such as Change Requests, Reporting, Communication, Estimation, Workshops, Meetings, RAID management, etc., as required.Overall ResponsibilitiesDrive the successful adoption and exploitation of Microsoft Dynamics 365.Provide FIT/GAP analysis as well as design for any gaps that may require customizations.Configure our client's solution to meet customer requirements.Provide ongoing support to customers across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and develop subject matter expertise for the platform's capabilities, including Sys admin, security, etc.Independently ensure that timelines and budgets within given areas are met and ensure updating and adherence to project tools and methodology.Do you share our core values?Empathy - People are the backbone of our business.
