Preparation of tender documentsLiaising with suppliers and subcontractors during the tender processInvolved in the calculation of quantities for cost estimates of building worksPlanning and organizing tasks that form part of the tenderIdentification and analysis of technical requirements of a tenderQualificationsA relevant post matric technical qualification would be ideal
SkillsMinimum of 5-year relevant tender experience in a Building, fit-out, alterations & additionsConstruction environmentAfrikaans home languageExperience with CCSA valid driving licenseComputer skills
