They are involved in a variety of projects covering residential and commercial projects Job Description You will be responsible for the following: Preparation of tender documents Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors during the tender process Involved in the calculation of quantities for cost estimates of building works Planning and organizing tasks that form part of the tender Identification and analysis of technical requirements of a tender Qualifications A relevant post matric technical qualification would be ideal Skills Minimum of 5-year relevant tender experience in a Building, fit-out, alterations & additions Construction environment Afrikaans home language Experience with CCS A valid driving license Computer skills
