Their projects are (nationally and internationally) which includes environmental and water projects, minerals exploration, geophysical survey and geotechnical project since its establishment in 2015.Job DescriptionYou will be required to:Identify opportunities for bid submissions and raising with the relevant stakeholders.Ensure tenders are informed by policy and guidance taking legislation and compliance intoaccount.Creating and maintain a database of bid related documents and content for easy accessand future use.Follow up of expiry of supporting documentation (Tax Clearance Certificates, ICASAlicenses etc.).Managing and tracking of all costs and budgets.Leading and managing the tendering process for projects.Preparing, submitting, and tracking tender proposals, collaborating with various teams,and ensuring that the Companys bids are competitive and aligned with the Companys.goals.Tracking and reporting of bid outcomes, success rates and effectiveness of the bidding process.QualificationsRelevant qualification will be advantageous.Skills5+ years of experience as per the job descriptionVerifiable track record in bid management and of planning and developing compliant and successful bidsBenefitsNot included
