Caterpillar has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Analyst: Distribution Services where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality finance operations support to our Dealers while assisting the development, implementation, and management of a portfolio of financing solutions that drive our Enterprise Strategy.

EAME Distribution's mission is to deliver superior customer experience, profitable market leadership, and service growth through industry-best distribution performance.
Job purpose: As the senior person in the team, you will provide support to leadership in delivering on the team's goals, as well as providing general leadership on all projects within the team while supporting other team members.
What you will do: Team Support: Work with different teams/stakeholders to gather and report on information about the Team's progress on our goals.Update team's dashboard and report to leadership.Financing Solutions: Build relationships with Dealers to understand their financing needs.Build and maintain relationships with financing partners.Lead discussions with financing partners and dealers to develop and implement financing solutions.Provide governance on all financing solutions projects.Support all monthly drawdown requirements and the renewal of existing financing solutions.Operational Support: Lead operational efficiency efforts within the team including gathering voice of stakeholders and driving improvement ideas.Execute prioritized lean projects as assigned.Provide governance of all lean initiatives within the team.Execute all operational tasks as assigned.Adhoc: The incumbent will be called upon from time to time to support various projects within the organization.
Skills you will have: Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational problems.
Relationship Management: Knowledge of techniques for establishing and maintaining healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Planning and Organizing: Ability to plan and organize tasks and resources efficiently.
Financial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to interpret financial material.
