Catering Manager

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain innovative, cost-effective menus aligned with client needs and budget constraints. Oversee food preparation and service quality to ensure client satisfaction. Manage daily operations within the catering unit, including inventory management, procurement, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle HR-related responsibilities, such as hiring, training, supervising, and motivating staff to achieve high performance. Maintain excellent customer relations through effective communication and prompt response to feedback or complaints. Requirements: Relevant qualification in the Hospitality Industry. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Catering Manager, ideally in an Industrial Catering environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Drive for managing documentation, reports, and communication. Ability to maintain positive relationships with clients, customers, and staff. Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. Skilled in devising creative menus, costing them effectively, and adhering to a budget. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and foster a cooperative work environment. Proven track record of performing well under pressure, ensuring high standards are maintained even during busy periods.
