Purpose of Role: The role is required under the direction of the CMO and Head of Retention, the Casino Player Analyst will identify, analyze and terminate negative players in our gaming environment to maintain a clean, safe hazard-free environment within area of responsibility.

Responsibilities: Accurately maintaining the integrity of the database by analyzing player information and removing negative players such as fraudsters, bonus abusers, syndicates, and other unprofitable players. Research and identify new fraudulent player trends. Create daily, monthly, and ad hoc reports using player accounts data to assist during audits. Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned. Work closely with the Retention team to eliminate the potential of bonuses/promotions being abused. Work closely with the Fraud and Risk team to spot syndicates attempting AML. Requirements: 1-2 years of professional experience in the Online Casino industry. Exceptional judgment and discretion in dealing with matters that are confidential in nature. Excellent Mathematics and Analytical Skills. Ability to look at numbers, identify trends and come to conclusions based on findings. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Must be able to troubleshoot independently yet thrive in a team environment. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work on detailed projects and assignments; follow through to ensure completion of projects. Experience in data analytics. Flexibility to work shifts in a 24/7 environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Takes initiative. Understands the highly regulated nature of the business. Adaptable and flexible in an ever-changing environment.
