The Cashier/Sales Assistant will provide exceptional customer service while handling transactions and assisting customers in their pet-related needs. A passion for animals and product knowledge is essential.
Responsibilities
Operate the cash register and handle cash and card transactions accurately.Assist customers in selecting pet products and provide information on care and usage.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.Restock shelves and ensure product displays are appealing.Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Qualifications Matric (Grade 12)Experience in retail or customer service preferred.Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.Knowledge of pets and pet care products is a plus.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
