PURPOSE:
To provide great Customer service by actively, timeously and accurately processing transactions on POS.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide Great Customer Service by processing Customer orders according to SOPMaintain speed of serviceProcess payment types accurately according to SOPEducate Customers about current promotions and drive salesIncrease ticket averages by upselling or suggestive selling techniquesMaintain the Cleanliness and Hygiene of the counter service areas according to SOPMaintain FOH Stock according to SOPREQUIREMENTS: National Senior Certificate (preferred)Senior Certificate (required)Well-developed Literacy skillsWell-developed Numeracy skillsOne year's experience as a retail cashier (QSR environment preferred)
