CORE PURPOSE OF JOB The purpose of this post is to provide a welcoming, professional, and customer-focused cashier and barista service ensuring accurate account of all stock and transactions within a catering retail environment
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Customer managementCash Management.Administrative duties e.g.
any task related to operations within Catering service.Compliance to food safety and health and safety requirements.Provide professional customer experience.Stock merchandizing and stock administrationAd hoc duties e.g.
Beverage productionCORE COMPETENCIES Basic computer skillsKnowledge and understanding of POS systemLiteracy skillsKnowledge and understanding of menu, prices and specialsKnowledge and understanding of food, health and safety require Quality and tasteful beveragesIncreased customer baseAbility to handle food and hot beveragesOrganised and detail orientedMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS ¨ Matric/Grade 12.
¨ Cash Management Certificate
¨ Valid drivers licence
¨ 1 3 years cashier experience
¨ 1-year Barista experience advantageous
¨ 2 years experience in a customer services environment.
