Fedics is looking for a Cashier who has excellent customer service skills. The Cashier will interact with customers to increase sales and attract customers by offering an experience at the cash register. They are the point of contact for customers at checkout, handling transactions, ensuring a smooth shopping experience, and contributing to the overall store environment. Additionally, the Cashier will assist with the preparation and serving of all meals and beverages to customers, ensuring great customer service at all times.

Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain high hygiene and cleaning standards
Maintain all cash handling procedures
Assist with stock-takes
Maintain excellent customer relationships
Establish warm, sincere contact with all customers
Consistently provide exceptional customer service in compliance with the highest professional performance standards
Exercise product knowledge and understanding of till operations, completing cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
Ensure the presentation of each item is attractive while maintaining the highest standards
Keep loss prevention guidelines in mind at all times
Follow all cash management policies and procedures to ensure accountability of company funds
