Cashbook/Debtors Clerk

RPO's client is seeking a skilled Cashbook/Debtors Clerk to join our their team in the Mining industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the debtor's book, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.Responsibilities:Manage the debtor's book by tracking and following up on overdue invoicesAccurately allocate payments received to the correct accountsPrepare and send monthly statements to clientsConduct debtor reconciliations and debt collectionResolve queries or disputes related to outstanding invoicesAssist with month-end processes, including reconciliations and reportingCollaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial dataRequirementsMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Debtors ClerkKnowledge of relevant accounting principles and proceduresProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesFamiliarity with the mining industry is preferredBenefitsSalary: negotiableTraining & Development opportunitiesPerformance BonusHealth InsuranceContact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
