Job DescriptionResponsibilities involve the daily management of Cash requirements and request for PoP Channel (Branch, ATMs and Cash Centre), operational maintenance and support, and proactive/preventative analysis of ATMs, Branch and Cash Centre. The Specialist will demonstrate knowledge of key business processes, products and services, within agreed areas of expertise.Essential Functions and specifics of the Job / Responsibilities:
Branch and ATM Analysis Maintain Entity data (Alerts; profile set up; operational limits; calendars; etc)Optimisation (costs; service days; etc)Cash Management (excesses; outages; specials; etc.)iCom Compliance (branch behaviour; iCom parameters; etc.)Analyse poor performance branchesAnalyse special requestsCIT Confirmations: Ensure ALL relevant detail from ALL Authorised CIT providers are received dailyEnsure detail received in correct format and fieldsUpload ALL relevant detail via IDMUpload ALL updates when and as receivedReporting: Branch Regional ComplianceEmergency Cash RecordingsLimit Validation ( iCom / Karabo)Service Now: Monitor Service Now requestsAssign relevant Branch calls to queueAction and resolve requests and queries within SLAClose and or re-assign calls as requiredHelpdesk: Log On and ensure 'ready status' dailyAnswer and resolve all incoming calls within SLAFunctions: Liaise with CIT companies regarding delivery failuresSource quotes and arrange CIT for Ad Hoc services due to revamps; closures; branch openings; etc.Capture Emergency Cash requests via ICMS / iComMaintain branch LimitsMonitor ALL resource mailboxes for requests; queries; etc.Liaise with PoP Operations / ROMsAction and Analyse WASP exceptionsAnalyse all reports (MI) for possible loopholes and possible changes and or solutionsRecord and Store ALL relevant documentation (Emergency Forms; Order numbers; Ad Hoc quotes and requests; etc.).Route PlanningCIT MigrationGeneral Ad Hoc presentations and trainingAd Hoc project involvement including implementationQuery resolutionBackup of critical data on ad hoc basisProvide information for management reports and presentationsAd Hoc functions Knowledge/Qualifications Computer literacy: MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) ICOM;General branch banking experienceAnalytical; intuitive; creative; logical; practical; innovative; imaginative; paradoxical; honest; tactful; enthusiastic; persuasiveAdvanced verbal, written and numerical ability;Attention to detailSelf-motivated and goal orientated.
