Branch Manager Cash ProcessingReporting to the Regional ManagerThe above position is vacant at Bloemfontein and Tzaneen, reporting to the Regional Manager of the cash processing region.The overall purpose of this position is to maintain the entire daily operation of the branch and to ensure all deposits have been verified in a balancing position and processed as per contractual agreements.Minimum Requirements:Matric (Grade 12)Must be able to function in a stressful environment with daily challengesExcellent people management skillsExcellent time management skillsPrevious cash centre experience would be an advantageMust be able to deal on a professional level with clientsKey Performance Areas:Management of StaffQueries relating to treasury and teller differencesFeedback to clients and support departmentAdhering to policies and enforcing proceduresMitigate RiskOther Personality Attributes:Must be able to multi-taskMust be willing to accept responsibility and accountability for all queriesA hands-on person with exceptional time management skillsMust be able to address and resolve any staff challenges which may arisePosition will require shift working (day or night)
