Prospecton. Previous experience in a Cash Book role with excellent understanding of Sage 300 ERP system secures Cash Book Controller position. Must be thorough with good attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and possess relevant tertiary Accounting qualification.Responsibilities:Download and send out bank statementsMaintain and reference Excel version of bank statementsPrepare and analyse daily cash flow statementCarry out daily banking functionLiaise with banking institutionsAccurately process cashbook transactions in Sage 300 ERPWeekly reconciliation of bank statements to Sage 300 ERP cashbookCashbook data extraction and analysisMaintain and reconcile petty cash for all regions monthlyProcessing petty cash journals on Sage 300 ERPRequirements:Tertiary Accounting qualificationExcellent understanding of Sage 300 ERP Accounting systemGood understanding of data structures, integration, and integrity.Computer literate - ability to work on MS Excel, Outlook, WordStrong attention to detailExcellent analytical skillsGood interpersonal and teamwork skillsProblem solvingAbility to multitask and work under tight deadlines and time pressuresAbility to deal with changing circumstances
