*Must have full HCPC, SWE or NMC registration* Remit Compass Associates is exclusively working with a well-renowned and established case management business to recruit full-time permanent Case Managers in the North West. Applications will be considered from current Case Managers or qualified Nurses, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, or SALTs, who have a strong background in children's complex care.
Following a comprehensive induction and with ongoing support and mentorship from senior colleagues, you will hold a small caseload of children and young people who have complex rehabilitation needs due to backgrounds of brain, spinal, or catastrophic injuries. This is a home-based role that requires travel across the region to visit clients to carry out assessments, monitor progress, and meet with solicitors, MDT members, families, and external professionals.
This is a varied role where you'd be able to utilize your clinical background to assess risk, set goals with your clients, and ensure your clients have the best possible care and rehabilitation in place. As clients are going through the litigation process with their solicitors, you will receive training and support to ensure that your reports are high quality, comprehensive, and at a standard suitable for use during a court case.
Experienced Case Managers are welcomed to apply, as well as Allied Health Professionals or Nurses who have a strong clinical background working within children's complex care, as you will receive mentoring, training, and extensive support around the medico-legal element of the role.
Location This is a home-based role where you'd manage your own diary and visit your clients in the North West. You will be required to visit Head Office on the Wirral for induction, training, and team meetings. The locations of clients on your caseload will be dependent on referrals, specialism required, and clinical need but could be across Greater Manchester, Cheshire, and Lancashire including; Preston, Bolton, Bury, Liverpool, Warrington, Wigan, Rochdale, Oldham, Blackpool, Burnley, and surrounding towns.
