KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Oversee clinical cases within the Contact Centre.
Provide medical information and trauma debriefing to required cases.
Provide basic contact centre administration to the specialised services team.
REQUIRED EDUCATION Essential: RN Qualification or ALS qualification.
Desired: Degree in Nursing or Degree in Emergency Medical Care.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Essential: 2 years Emergency Centre as RN or 2 years as Operational Paramedic.
Desired: 1 year Critical Care/Neonatal as RN or 1 year as Critical Care Paramedic.
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE CAD system Knowledge related to the transport environment Telephonic and email etiquette All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given in accordance with the Employment Equity Plan of Mediclinic Southern Africa, as well as internal applicants/employees that meet the minimum requirements.
