Caretaking Couple
to manage a stunning private beach/holiday house in Gordon's Bay. If you are a responsible duo with a passion for property management and hospitality, we want to hear from you!
Position Overview:

Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:

Housekeeping:
Perform daily cleaning, laundry, and ensure the house is always guest-ready.

Maintenance:
Handle general repairs, manage utilities, and coordinate with service providers to maintain the property.

Gardening:
Maintain the garden and landscaping, ensuring all outdoor areas are well-kept and inviting.

Cooking:
Prepare meals for the owners or guests as required.

Security:
Ensure the property is secure at all times, monitoring and managing access.
Requirements:
?? Previous experience in a similar caretaking or property management role preferred.
?? Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
?? Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team.
?? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? No children, dependents, or pets permitted.
?? Valid driver's licenses are required.
