Care Team Leader - Female

£14.50 per hour 36 hours per week We are looking for a Team Leader in our Residential home Orchard, to join our friendly team within Ravenswood Village. We support people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and PMLD to live the most fulfilling lives they can across 11 Residential homes.
The purpose of this role is to oversee the delivery of care and support within the home to ensure high quality of service provided. The majority of your time will be leading and supervising support workers to make sure that the care and support provided is person-centred and that each person living in the home is given information and advice in an accessible way that enables them to make informed decisions about their care and support. As a Team Leader you will also be involved in the recruiting and training of support workers as well as assisting the Home Manager in finances, rosters, reporting, maintenance and Health and Safety.
The ideal team leader must be a great communicator, work well within a team and have strong time management and leadership skills.
