Position Overview:
As a careworker at Care4U, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions
- Provide companionship and engage in stimulating activities with clients
- Keep accurate and detailed records of care provided
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Attend training and educational programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred
- CNA or HHA certification is a plus
- Compassionate and patient nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Physical stamina to perform duties such as lifting and transferring clients
- Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time, permanent position The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend and evening shifts as needed.
The careworker may also be required to work on-call shifts.
