To ensure economically, and according to needs, that Dealers are assisted in the selling of vehicles to small rental complies.Possible Tasks within this RoleCoordinating and managing a rental contact programme for portfolio of key clientsUsing SAP CRM system & processes to maintain & manage relevant & accurate data on portfolio of key rental clients.Optimally utilising the fleet of demonstration vehicles in marketing and promoting products and the brand amongst rental clients through the active use of the fleetMonitoring & analyzing competitor rental activities and formulating recommendations in this regardNegotiating with rental (small, medium & large) to secure incremental salesParticipating in new product launch meetingsAdvising and informing Dealers and other Divisions regarding rental sales mattersParticipating in the development of rental sales policy.Developing and producing recommendations regarding guidelines for rental packagesAnalysing rental customer feedback and formulating recommendations technical queries from rental customersPlanning and coordinating rental sales promotions and eventsEvaluating specific corporate sales results and determining further actions required.Focusing and measuring rental efforts in the following areas:Rental and corporate sales strategies, prospecting systems, rental sales staff development and selection, CRM processes, rental marketing initiatives, regular client visits and securing new businessLiaising with NSO Controlling to ensure optimum sales and financial resultHandling relevant rental sales related projects on an ongoing basis to develop and enhance the operation of the DepartmentMaintain & grow relationships with portfolio of key rental customersQualification requirementsA tertiary qualification, preferably in Marketing and/or SalesMinimum of 5 years experience in vehicle retail/marketingMinimum of 5 years experience in marketing of vehicles and sales with above average product knowledgeExperience in dealing with large client groupsProven negotiating/influencing skillsGood selling skillsGood people handling skillsAbove average communication skillsPlanning and organising skillsFlexibility and innovationThe ability to work independentlyThe ability to look at the bigger picture and offer a strategic inputA very good understanding of CRM and customer contact programmesNotePlease upload a copy of your qualifications and ID.
