Job Responsibilities:

In this role you will provide a specialist technology sourcing service for the purposes of talent acquisition, through a process of appropriate channel selection and/or creation, appropriate direct sourcing techniques, market research and lead generation, applicant screening and engagement We appoint people for their potential and continuously look for talented, driven individuals to help us innovate and evolve the banking industry. Job Requirements:

Direct sourcing techniques and methods, specifically aimed at passive candidates with scarce and/or critical skill sets
Strong talent network
Experience in working with a wide variety of candidate sourcing platforms
Prior experience with working on SAP Success Factors
5+ years in a talent sourcing and acquisition environment
Working in a target driven environment
Telephonic screening techniques for the purpose of shortlisting or attracting candidates upholding an excellent candidate experience through effective response handling and timeous candidate feedback
3 – 5 years' experience in:
Market Mapping and gathering marketing intelligence
