Capital Growth Specialist

Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Capital Growth Specialist to focus on promoting and selling our Capital-specific products across various industries for our client. This individual will play a critical role in supporting their larger sales and service teams in various divisions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a specific territory while also providing support to other territories as needed. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, attention to detail, relationship-building skills, critical thinking abilities, and excellent presentation skills.
Essential Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Sales and/or Business Management
A minimum of 5 years of experience in selling credit to B2B clients, with a strong understanding of business finance
At least 5 years of experience in the banking industry preferred
A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, with a focus on capital-specific products or services
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
Strong business acumen, with the ability to quickly understand complex financial products and services
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation and reporting
Excellent relationship-building skills, with a focus on establishing trust and credibility with clients and partners
Strong critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to analyze information, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop effective solutions
Outstanding presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and other sales and productivity tools
Willingness to travel as needed to support other territories and attend industry events
