Cape Town Field Technician

Summary of Job:
Field service technician to assist with on-site installation, repair and support to various clients – both private and corporate.
Key Factors: Must have own reliable vehicle – fully roadworthy with full service history.Own reliable cellular smart phone.This position requires daily travelling and is NOT office based.Ability to think "on your feet" and "out of the box".Attention to detail is critical.Minimum Qualifications and Experience: CompTIA A+ certified.CompTIA N+ certified.Minimum 3 years experience in Notebook hardware support and repair to end users.Cisco router installation and support experience.Acer, Dell, ASUS and HP notebook repair experience.Printer installation and support experience will be an advantage.Minimum 3 years AV (Audio Visual) experience with focus on:TV and display installation and repairs.Logitech and Yealink installation.Polycom experience.Cisco Collaboration.
